ChiBall™ is a mind body exercise programme which uniquely integrates six movement modalities, Tai Chi-Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Release, Relaxation and Meditation.    Term 1 – 2014 starts Monday 3 February in Beldon from 5.30pm-6.30pm.  Plus a monthly 8.30am Saturday morning class will be held on 8 February, 8 March, 22 March.  Numbers restricted due to number of balls provided, so bookings are preferred although drop in casual are welcome, however you may not get a ball !  Contact Bettina on 0438800499 or email info@yoga2fitness.com.au
